1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Basketball Tao Dojo's services, website, or registering for our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Registration

Annual Membership: A $297 annual family membership is required to participate in our training programs. The membership fee is non-refundable and grants access to book classes for all participants in your family.

Training Plans: Training plans are purchased separately for each participant and determine the number of classes that can be booked per week. Plans are available in various commitment periods (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month).

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Monthly subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis
• Pay-in-full options receive a 10% discount and are charged as a one-time payment
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing members

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership: The annual membership fee is non-refundable. Memberships do not auto-renew and must be renewed annually.

Monthly Plans: Monthly training plans with no commitment can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Commitment Plans: 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month commitment plans require fulfillment of the commitment period. Early cancellation may result in forfeiture of commitment discounts.

Class Cancellations: You may cancel a booked class up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will count against your weekly quota.

5. Participant Conduct and Safety

All participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and basketball shoes
• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from coaches
• Report any injuries or health concerns immediately

Basketball Tao Dojo reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refunds will be provided in cases of removal due to conduct violations.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By registering for our programs, you acknowledge that basketball training involves inherent risks of physical injury. You assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release Basketball Tao Dojo, its owners, employees, and coaches from any liability for injuries sustained during training activities.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children are physically capable of participating in athletic activities and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions.

7. Photo and Video Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Basketball Tao Dojo permission to photograph and record participants during training sessions. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your child photographed, please notify us in writing.

8. Program Changes and Cancellations

Basketball Tao Dojo reserves the right to modify class schedules, cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or facility issues), or make changes to programs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered families of any changes and provide make-up classes when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Basketball Tao Dojo and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
